You should try rinsing with salt water. TBL, I just rinse in 2 tablespoons of salt in half a glass of water. When I braces, my gums Hurt So Bad, and rinsing with salt water really helped.

well, so I'm not sure what u said .. I've never really heard of it. as many, many dentists have my brother (who has a badly swollen gums) every night, after he brushes his teeth on a cup of hot water and add a little salt and carry on the mouth. Normally moved for 1 week and subsidies swelling. You should try this time, because I am sure that it works ... always does for my little brother. Good luck and I hope I can help!

Baking soda mixed with hydrogen peroxide (the brown bottle), until a paste and brush on the gums. then thoroughly with warm salt water. It sounds strange, but works very well. My orthodontist hit me. Just do not swallow!
