I have an old power supply, cables have been recorded and hide, I think he is ready to put the board in blind.

I agree with the previous answer ... You need to use wire nuts that are safer ... but even so I also wrap the wire nut with electrical tape.
In my peace of mind to do both well worth the 50 cents more for the nuts and son bands.
Also make sure that if you avoid the push-son in the outlet box, cut the insulation son also from sharp edges of the box.
Be a little common sense and some attention in the homework and you should be safe for years to come.
