I have 3 lots on my abstract title to my house,but the lots are occupied by my neighbors,do i own those houses - abstract title insurance

Why say the title of the abstract that I had many that need to be occupied by residents? a house was forclosed, will be abandoned and the other is a rental, it is possible that these houses are mean?
